Reviews
From the teams we have worked with
Thanachai Kositchai
Head of Sales · Software firm, Bangkok
"We had been selling reasonably well but could not articulate how we did it. The process session gave us a clear picture of our own approach for the first time. The improvement list was short and realistic — not a list of things we would never do."
May 2025 · Sales Process Session
Pavinee Wongkham
Director · Professional services, Silom
"The playbook we built together is the most useful piece of documentation we have produced in years. It covers how we actually talk to clients — not some idealised version. Our newer team members use it constantly."
April 2025 · Sales Playbook Project
Supachai Limsakul
MD · Commercial real estate advisory
"We brought David in during a period when we were onboarding three new business development people at once. Having someone who could speak with all of them and give us a consistent onboarding framework saved us a lot of time. Worth the monthly fee easily."
May 2025 · Sales Enablement Advisory
Niran Thamrongsak
Co-founder · Digital agency, Bangkok
"What I appreciated most was that they did not arrive with a predetermined answer. They asked good questions and reflected back what they heard. The process outline they wrote up matched our reality far more closely than I expected."
April 2025 · Sales Process Session
Mananya Rujirapat
VP Sales · B2B SaaS, Rama 9
"The conversation templates were the part I was least sure about. I thought they would feel scripted. They don't — they are more like prompts that remind sellers what the conversation should be exploring. That was the right approach for our team."
May 2025 · Sales Playbook Project
James Petcharat
Commercial Director · Consulting firm
"Six months into the advisory relationship and it has become part of how we run the commercial team. The monthly sessions give us space to step back and look at how we are selling — not just what we are selling. It is a different kind of thinking time."

Case Studies
How the work played out
Case Study 01
Software company, Asoke — Sales Playbook Project
Challenge
A fifteen-person B2B software firm had grown quickly but its sales approach was entirely undocumented. New hires shadowed existing sellers for weeks before feeling oriented. Leadership wanted a repeatable approach they could hand to future sellers.
What we did
Over four weeks, we spoke with the four most experienced sellers and mapped out how each of them approached discovery, proposal, and follow-up. We documented the common patterns and wrote them up as a plain-language playbook with example messages at each stage.
Outcome
Two new sellers onboarded in the following quarter and referenced the playbook throughout their first three months. The onboarding process shortened noticeably. The sales manager reported fewer ad hoc questions from new hires compared to previous cohorts.
"We finally have something we can point new people to." — Head of Sales
Case Study 02
Professional services firm, Sathorn — Sales Enablement Advisory
Challenge
A small advisory firm was expanding its business development team and wanted external input on how to present their services without feeling pushy. The founders were concerned that their team lacked confidence in commercial conversations.
What we did
We began with a process session to understand how they currently approached client conversations, then moved into an ongoing advisory arrangement. Monthly sessions reviewed recent wins and losses and built practical guidance documents covering proposal language and follow-up pacing.
Outcome
After three months, the team reported feeling more settled in their sales conversations. The firm secured two new retainer clients in a period where business development had previously been a challenge. The advisory relationship continued beyond the initial term.
"The sessions gave us a vocabulary for what we were doing." — Director
Case Study 03
Digital marketing agency, Ekkamai — Sales Process Session
Challenge
A five-person agency had a strong track record but a chaotic sales process. The founders did most of the selling instinctively. When they hired their first dedicated sales person, there was nothing written down to share.
What we did
Two days of interviews with both founders and the new hire. We mapped out how work was typically won — where conversations started, how proposals were framed, and what follow-up usually looked like. We wrote an eight-page process outline and a short list of priorities.
Outcome
The process outline became the new hire's primary reference for her first two months. The founders felt the document captured their instinctive approach clearly. Three months later, the firm came back for the Playbook Project to expand on the foundation.
"Exactly what we needed at exactly the right scale." — Co-founder
